Stress in the workplace

Stress in the workplace is a growing problem.  Employers need to be able to deal with stress in a determined and effective manner.  Stress can be caused by a variety of situations and employers and managers need to be able to identify possible stressors in order to pre-empt any stress issues.  Communication with employees is often the easiest way to avoid stress.
